Life Itself

Welcome! This blog is for keeping friends and family updated on what is happening in my life. I have a brand new digital camera and I'm not afraid to use it, so I am often left with an overwhelming amount of pictures to resize and send out to folks. I hope this makes it easier to share them. At the bottom of each post there is a place to leave comments or greetings, please feel free :) (Although any "anonymous" comments without a name will be deleted) Many blessings to you!

SARAH AND CLAES' WEDDING, Aug 19

Katie and I in our rented Saab, on our way to the wedding which was...

... out on a family farm in the middle of nowhere. A stunning location, complete with a large oak tree under which one gets married, sheep in the background, and a homemade sunflower aisle.

Carolyn Howard (one of our DTS leaders), Katie, Anna Margrethe (YES, the Danish bride on her honeymoon!), myself and Amy. Don't we look so happy? 2 minutes after this shot we were all eaten to death by mosquitos.

Sarah and Claes saying their vows under the aforementioned oak.

The green cake!!

Sarah and Claes met and live in Scotland, so they incorporated a Scottish Ceilidh into their reception. This is me dancing with Anna Margrethe's new husband Richard!!

Hi Anna!
Finally had a chance to drop by & see your holiday pics...they're great! Sigh...now I want to go away somewhere. Looks like you've had such a good summer of adventures...
Didja find a pencil sharpener? i have one, but every so often it eats a pencil. Could be a sacrifice worth making, though...let me know!
Oh, IrishFest is coming up...15th-17th. i can get you some more info, if you're interested. Concerts, workshops, etc...
Slainte,
beth
